What exactly did you change (or are you trying to change)? As far as I can see, the wrong glyph names are still there. Unicode is correct but the glyph names are all messed up for a lot of glyphs. For instance: edieresis is called nbspace, egrave is called guillemotleft etc... If you open the fonts in FontLab you'll see all the glyphs that are marked red (and there are more than just those with wrong names).

In some applications this might not be a problem though if you're trying to use the fonts...

Thanks for the tip, parv! Quick question: How can you fix this?

For the common glyphs you can let FontLab do the fixing for you, because the Unicode is standard and correct. Select the common glyphs with wrong names and choose Glyph > Glyph names > Generate Names... Then pick 'standard table' and 'Apply only to selected glyphs'.

But the swash glyphs have no standard Unicode name so the naming can't be fixed automatically, but has to be fixed manually one by one. Some of the swash alternates will still refer to the bad naming of the glyph they're linked too. For those: right-click and choose 'rename', then fill in the correct .swsh name while checking 'Rename glyph in all classes' and 'Rename glyph in OpenType code'. Some of the ligatures don't have proper glyph names either. Quite a bit of work to be done...
