{r} Commercial Type Publico w/ OldStyle Figures

I know this fonts've already been shared, but I'd like them to have oldstyle figures for numbers, and it seems this feature is missing.

Furthermore, I'ma a little puzzled: I have two different versions of i.e. Publico Medium: both are supposed to be "version 1.000;PS 001.001;hotconv 1.0.38", but they differ in their creation date and most of all in their sizes (115 vs. 45 kb).
